| Preparation For Class
- Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Please arrive on time out of respect for your fellow students.
- For the safety of your belongings, the doors are locked when class begins. Please plan accordingly.
- New students arrive at least 15 minutes before class to allow time to register.
- Please come on an empty stomach and well hydrated (No food 2-3 hours before class).
- Bring a large towel, a yoga mat water. All are available for rent or sale.
- Women wear shorts and a sport top. Men wear shorts or swim trunks.
- Pants or bulky clothes not recommended.
- Be prepared to sweat. Showers and changing rooms are provided.
WORK STUDY
This program is an opportunity for those with extremely tight finances
to practice Bikram Yoga regularly. The applicants should be dedicated
practitioners of Bikram Yoga and be willing to exchange work at the
studio for yoga classes. There is no financial exchange within this
program.
